End of September: Looking Up

I think you could guess, based on yesterday's rain-on-the-colorful-leaves photo, that the foliage is starting to turn around here. In the northern part of our state - for example, at the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon - the colors are at peak right now. In the central part of the state where I am, the leaf change has just begun.

As far as trees go, there are a few standouts in our yard, and so I did just that: stand out. I went outside and stood under one of the trees in the sunny part of the day and took some photos looking straight up. Here is a picture of my view!
