One way traffic

We have enough staircases in Old College to be in a position to have a full one way system (more or less). Certainly for going up and down. And there are so few people around that I've not encountered any difficulties yet. The students are good at wearing masks when they move around, on the whole. Some of the (non-academic) staff less so.... I keep well clear of them. And I also wear a mask outside when wandering around, e.g. to buy my lunch at the supermarket. The prevalence of infection on the southside makes me a bit nervous.

I wrote 1500 words of a new paper today, which made me happy.
