Miracles Do Happen

I managed to get this pot done without the splits, cracks and shakes getting the better of me.
I would have liked to fill the voids (which go all the way through) properly with sawdust from the original shaping, but I have no thin superglue at the moment, so the filling was leaning more to 'superficial' using a thick glue.
Since the piece of wood (Oak) came from along the road I am glad it stayed together as all the other stuff I have made from it so far has been very small and I have been able to avoid the 'faults'.

I mentioned the other day (29th) that I made a lid for a piece that had been hanging about for a while. It is now in the extras box.

Most of my day has been spent trying to sort out and make slide shows from the pictures I took whilst away. So far there are 4 Here.
