Hope these ones are safe

Today is the first day of the pheasant shooting season.
Up to 30 million pheasants are released in Britain each year.
Many have been reared in very small cages and some have been imported live from abroad.
Many are shot for “sport” and many are wounded and left to die.
I think you can probably guess what I think of those people that shoot defenceless birds for “pleasure”!
