Tonight's Pentland Fun Runners' outing was just up Turnhouse from Flotterstone, but I was glad that I took this halfway, as it was too dark to take anything worthwhile when we got to the top. By the time we got down to run back along the reservoir road it was head-torches all round. All quite a change for the new member who'd joined - until a fortnight ago he'd been working in Brunei for four years!
