Dalby Delights

Tidied up the plants and pots in the backyard before the forecast wet weather arrived. Did an on line session of Pilates and continued my photo book project. 

We decided on a trip to Dalby as there would be some cover from the trees if it started to rain. As we arrived in the car park we could hear Buzzards calling to each other (see a rather grainy extra). The track we walked up was being “upgraded” but  the only reason I could see was for felling to take place. 

Further on we spotted this newly emerged fungi. They seem to like the pine strewn floor. Although we did encounter a handful of walkers the forest is noticeably quieter.

This evenings walk was rather damp as the rain arrived with a vengeance.
