morning walk, take 2

I had to get up earlier than usual this morning to take my daughter to catch a plane. So my first walk with Laney was in the semi-dark, compounded by wildfire smoke. Once home, and properly caffeinated, I took Laney out again, and it was much more pleasant.
Here is a Dark-eyed Junco enjoying a ray of sun as the smoke finally started dissipating.
