Crissy Field

Chrissy Field is a beautiful park at the base of Golden Gate Bridge.  Every morning during my visit, my daughter Jess met me and we went for a long walk in the cool morning air before the day warmed up.  The Golden Gate Promenade provides access to the restored tidal marsh and beaches along the bay shore where you can enjoy the expansive views, water birds, native plants and sandy beaches.
