Today, Imogen came out of nursery and handed me this lovely card she had made. I hugged her, told her how beautiful it was and said thank you.

I opened it up and it read "To Adam and Lucy...."

I was relying on that card!!

Today I gave the best gift of love I could, I gave the gift of life, in short I gave blood. It hurt quite a bit today, but it was also nice just to take half hour out and relax with a biscuit and chat.

I came across this song recently, a beautiful love song, with a wonderful story.
