One Billion Rising

Part of a global protest against sexual violence, women and men gathered in Bantry town today for an exuberant and joyful shared experience of dance and music.

It looked such fun in spite of the serious reason for the gathering. I was glad I was there.

And it was a sweet mild sunny day full of birdsong.
