Noticed this little chap on my door as I returned from a visit to my flat to meet the damp proof course man. He will provide a quote by the weekend and explain the process! Rising damp! What joy old buildings are! Where I am temporarily is new build and snagging continues! Very well insulated and ground source heating with air exchanger which cleans the air! All mod cons! No complaints here!
