Hairst Evening Light
Flat calm this morning, with a gentle breeze in the afternoon, flat calm again this evening. It's been mostly sunny all day, and warm too.
Another day working in the museum. With the really good day, we have been super quiet, only six visitors for the whole day. Headed down to mam's after tea. I've been planting willow cuttings around her croft, and then a walk with Sammy. Feet up for the night now. Shetland is now the only region in Scotland without any active Covid-19 cases.
The days are getting shorter and more quickly every day, sunset must be about 6.45pm. I managed to capture some of the golden glow, before it dipped below the hill. As the sun vanished, it quickly cooled down too. Taken over Aith, Cunningsburgh.
