The Olds

I joined the parents on a jaunt into Saffron Walden. They bought several bags of plants to add to the six million already in their garden. We had coffee in Bicicletta and got some bits in Waitrose.
I had a physio session in Haverhill and have apparently torn rotator cuff or tendons or something in both shoulders. He’s going to treat it with shock wave therapy which sounds exciting.
