King Parrot Feather

I got down low, as suggested, but there were no obvious insects.
It's still a bit cold here.
There were a few feathers on the ground, so I did some photo stacking, though I think a subject like this also lends itself to a sweet spot only in focus.
Also harder with a macro lens , I think.
I maybe should have used a tripod.
