More Food Pics

Cycle 1 Week 3 (already) of the plan. This was lunch! Prawn and Chorizo stir fry and so tasty. There was no need for any snack between this and the next meal. Normally I would have a few biscuits or some sort of sugar treat but nope, didn’t even think of it.

Not sure my burpees are ever going to be full ones but hey ho there is always the lower impact version which I can manage.
