Swimming bird

Sunshine for a brief time today! Hooray. Looked out of my window to see a big woodpigeon floundering in my garden pond. Thought I'd be fishing out a corpse but it got out and fluffed up its feathers and then jumped in again --3 times!!
Not a great shot but probably the only exciting thing that happened today!
