Sunrise

Early morning run. The first 4km required a head torch which felt a bit like the wind in the willows wood scene but the second half was pretty stunning.

Work was fine.

Rushed home to meet a plasterer who is going to help us get rid of the artex ceiling in the house.

Kids both had a good day at school and swimming after.
Q was stung by a bee and has taken it rather well.

Everyone rather exhausted.
