another day of misplaced cycle routes, finding myself forced to resist the maps app before arriving at something which seemed vaguely familiar and then the outer walls of the Confucian temple appeared to my left... seems that my only mistake was trying to find it from the sensible direction... but it's too splendid a place to pass by without taking an hours detour from the enclosing city... today a group of musicians, familiar and alien sounds, the knowledge that, in the street market across the road there are wonderful egg rolls to be found...i think it counts as a success...
