Polarity

I noticed this strange phenomenon whilst doing Arthur's bath. The ball floated on top of the little cup with the displaced water rising above the top of the cup but held in place by surface tension. There are lots of things in the universe that have to be just right to make our lives possible and the polarity of water molecules is just one of them. For an atheist like me this fine tuning must be evidence for a multiverse because what is the likelihood of there being just one universe where the laws are just right?
