Apple crumble

I have been so busy today, without a thought of Blip.
(Is one allowed to say that?).

So I give you an apple crumble.
The pastry case is an old favourite while the crumble was made with 50% flour and 50% ground almonds.

The apples were from a local farm, both the tart Bramley apples and some unnamed red apples.
