Notes: Woke late again, got up for a hot sticky walk on the beach. Left around 11a then for over the bridge (Sunshine Skyway). Massage and cryotherapy w/ Trish at Athlete's Room and then went with her and Ken to try some ciders and truffle fries at Good Liquid Brewing. Back around 3p, quiet rest of the day.
