Well i’m back again thanks for bearing with me while I sorted out some problems in my life
Firstly thanks to you all for keeping in touch with messages of encouragement and love and hugs
It means the world to me to know you are all rooting for me
Things have changed again it looks like we are headed for a lockdown again
I can't do it again last time tested my mental health to capacity
So this time I shall be careful but continue to go out and about and trust that its not my time yet
To be called to Heaven
I'm feeling low but doing all I can to be up,crafts,jobs round the flat,cooking,out and about in my car
I’m afraid I found out that a lot of my”friends and kin”were just fair weather friends and no help for me when I needed them
Hence a good prune of my contacts list 
If they need me now[as I needed them]tough luck matey
