Grilled Steak
Grilled steak with sunflower shoot chimichuri, hakurei turnips sautéed in ghee, and mesclun salad with cherry tomatoes. Wine: Château Orisse du Casse Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2016.
This was a wonderful dinner, originally planned for Yesterday. The wine is unimpeachable, but I’ve met very few Saint Émilions I haven’t loved.
