Saturday: Reminiscing
This weekend is normally Woodland Festival and today’s weather would have been perfect - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2624725925215865554 and https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2356939
In these extraordinary times I’ve tried not to dwell on the “usual” pattern of my year BUT this morning I’m thinking of all the events I normally attend and my Blip is about them.
March 26th is “Conwy Seed Fair” https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2294835085809027854
Easter is usually when I start preparing plants for the NSPCC Plant Sale which takes place during May Bank Holiday - with this years lockdown the plants had to be “dealt with” so that I had room for this years veggies to grow! They all grew very well and we've had so many beautiful flowers to cheer us up.
Last year I went to Caernarfon Food & Music Festival https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2573953909848539839 was looking forward so much to this year’s
Beaumaris Lifeboat Day https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2088234286581810869 which I've done for about 8 years as well as fund raising on the
First Sunday of every month at Beaumaris Table Top Sale.
Beaumaris Food Festival https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2614559555270476082
September 13th “Conwy Honey Fair” https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2316067 been going for a very long time, used to take day off work to go ...
I think routine keeps me sane. Having something to look forward keeps me positive. Family keep me grounded. Blip keeps me optimistic and makes me stop and think every day.
Thank you to all my Blip friends and to my Twitter friends ... xxx
The poor spider which is today's photo had got itself stuck amongst my knitting needles and was taken very gently out to the garden.
Stay safe & healthy and happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
