Handy sons

No1 son has just fitted this hook to hold my back door open.  The blue fluff in the bottom left corner is what remains of the bungy strap which originally did the job (put on as a temporary fix about 15 years ago).
You will note also that the brick dust has been left for me to clear up.  No2 son also has a habit of needing a 'clearer upper'.  I don't mind as I am very grateful for all the jobs they do for me.  They did not inherit any DIY skills from their father as he proved to me when we first married and he put up a book shelf which allowed all the books to slide off!
Had a puncture yesterday and collected the repair today.  Pleased it didn't need a new tyre, which is usually the case!
