Lobster with Dill, Crème Fraîche & Rice

Pick the lobster and make a stock with the shell, thyme, salt. pepper and a teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder.
Cook the rice in the stock with 2 chopped tomatoes.

Melt some butter in another pan and add some chopped garlic and a couple of ladles of the stock plus a couple of tablespoons of Marsala and a touch of cayenne pepper.

Once the rice is done, add the lobster meat to the garlic butter.
Add fresh dill and some crème fraîche.
