Low Tide

A walk across the old bridge into town this morning as I wanted some food shopping from M&S. Sunny morning, but a chilly wind. The tide was out and as we haven't had much rain of late, the river Taw was very low.

There has been talk in the past of a marina here, but looking at the river bed, it would need a good deal of dredging to get any depth of water. In fact in my humble opinion, it could do with dredging now to save problems with flooding!

The extra is of the hall where I do my aerobic class. You can see the blue discs which is  our "space".
