Keeping it local and ethical
My local butcher has had a lot more trade since lockdown.
If you want to guarantee the animal has been reared in a local farm, has had a good life and has been treated with respect it's the only way to go.
I am very wary of supermarkets who charge so little for meat. Both the animal and the farmer are missing out.
This for a Sunday lunch tomorrow, with 4 other friends.
