Shadows Fall

This morning was yet another dreadfully wet day this little thrush had been caught in a deluge of rain so heavy I could not see the church spire, the birds in the air were literally forced forced out of the air and this lovely lady took shelter under the overhanging of the willow tree in the garden.

The deluge passed as suddenly as it came and the sun broke through fleetingly, she puffed herself out to dry and at the same time the shadow from the bramble bush fell across her
