Garmin outage

Garmin systems have been hacked. Can't upload run details for a few days....

However, my major problem is another injury. Out for a run this morning, I felt a twinge in my left calf, and it didn't go away. I slowed to a walk and walked home, but this doesn't feel good.... Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation....
