On the Waseley Hills

I had the car today and used the opportunity to drive to the Waseley Hills for my lunchtime walk.

The snow which fell overnight on Sunday was still lying. On the top of the hills were some of the most impressive snow drifts I have seen in a long while.

I liked this view towards Frankley Beeches through this splendidly shaped tree. It is quite a contrast to my blip of the Beeches on 19th June.
