Sister from Another Udder

This gender/species confused art form is in the marble-floored entrance to the American Hospital in Istanbul. Behind that stainless panel and up a level, sits a grand piano at which a woman is currently playing Chopin. But it's the juxtaposition of the woman on her cell and the cow/bull in his/her glasses and lab coat that caused me to whip out my camera.
