Bawdsey beach

a very wet and windy day today. We braved a walk along the shingle beach this morning and there was a brief glimmer of sunlight , at about the time I took this photo. I was playing around with long exposures using my compact, which unlike my SLR is at least partially waterproof, and Gobe ND filters. I think it was blowing around a lot less than when I tried the bigger camera and lee filters the other day although it was just as windy. The only problem was trying to keep the filters clear of raindrops and smear free.
