Water Lilies

After yesterday's kayaking photo binge, today's outing was a bit of a letdown, photographically speaking.  However, I did have a really nice paddle on a different lake - it was quiet and calm and peaceful.  Didn't see much of anything, but it was very enjoyable nonetheless.  Then, I decided to take the kayak to another lake and have a quick paddle there too.  Not much there either but still really enjoyable.  

Got back here around 2 and spotted the little hummer in the yard, so looks like he's staying for a few days.  And chipmunks are zipping all over the patio.  Yesterday I watched a youngster try to figure out how to eat a shelled peanut.  It was adorable and endearing.
