MKR - Valentine's Day Edition

Inspired by the Australian TV cooking show 'My Kitchen Rules' tonight I decided to cook for my two Valentine's Day dates.....my father & my aunty (who arrived from Melbourne today).
The Menu....
Entree - No entree
Main - Roast Chicken with Sage & Onion, Corn, Roasted potato, pumpkin & carrots with mint peas & chicken gravy sauce
Dessert - Vanilla Ice Cream in a cone
