Catch of the day

It's been a warm day although the crazy wind that has blown hard since yesterday had me thinking earlier on that it was actually cooler.

Not so.

The heat built during the day to become very muggy so I decided early evening to take a trip to the beach and let the breeze cool me off . . . . . and it did.

It was interesting being at the beach around tea-time - plenty of people had taken snacks or bought snacks and were sitting around enjoying the time, the weather and the company they shared.

Even the seagulls were enjoying the snacks - they just weren't so keen to share!

House sports day tomorrow - nuts day of fun, sport and probably a bit too much sun. It should be fun :)
