“To have one's ducks in a row” implies preparedness and efficiency.
In my case it's just by chance spotting a row of ducks about to get under a gate. That's about as prepared and efficient as I get - being lucky to be in the right place at the right time, and having a camera handy. That's the definition of a Blip though, to my mind.
