A seed must have been dropped by a bird and has grown into this beautiful sunflower.  Isn't nature wonderful!

Another beautiful morning and out in the garden.  We have a large tree in our front garden on the border with our neighbour, and it needs to be taken down, so this morning the HG had one of several quotations for the work.  So it should be done in October.

Today is the McMillan Coffee Morning, but because of Covid it could not of course take place.  However, lots of donations have been received and we hope to raise quite a bit of money for this very deserving cause, even if we can't have all the fun of the actual coffee morning.
