Pansy - Midnight Glow

Pansies are amongst my favourite flowers..This colour combination of deep purples and golds is truly beautiful. These pansies are called” Midnight Glow”. And glow they do.... I planted twelve of them this afternoon. I went to pastel painting this morning . It was good to spend time with this group of artist friends. Friend Sue called in this afternoon. We did a tour of the garden. Bad weather is predicted for this weekend. Let’s hope we get some gentle rain and no gale force winds!
