Great day and memories...

First of all Happy Valentines Day to all.

My wife and I have been together nearly 13 years and married for 8.5 years. I've said it before and I'll say it again I'm very happy with my lot.

We have four gorgeous children and the youngest is one today. Happy Birthday my baby boy!

Other news, my very regular (near weekly) trips to the doctor can be stretched out now. He is very happy that my blood pressure is currently at 134/78, compared to when we started at 160/100. I go back in a month and hopefully it will stay the same or go lower!
