Thursday: Raincouver

Even in ordinary times, there are only two direct flights to Vancouver from Ottawa a day. That’s now reduced to one, leaving at 0800 in the morning.  That meant having to get up at 0445 EST, which equates to 0145 Vancouver time.  It would be true to say I’m a little weary.

The flight was fine, although a little more bumpy in parts that I would have liked.  I was home just before 1100, where K. had breakfast waiting for me.

I didn’t manage much work wise today and had to succumb to a little nap this afternoon.

Actually, the rest of the day was remarkably rain-free, so my title is perhaps a little harsh.
