I should be dining at this table today with my dad celebrating being 86. Not looking bad eh? Not to mention my 75 year old stepmother who looks like a teen.
Instead another awful day in hospital. Very very sick all day and realising sadly that the standard of care is utterly shocking here. Ignored, no check ups, ‘ how you feeling?’ for hours. Mix ups of meds, cannula fell out and missed by the nurse... the list goes on
However, one plus. I’m Covid negative, today at least
Hoping for my scans tomorrow if the sickness dies down.
Watched 8 hours and counting of Bake Off 2019 series so distraction is key!

Anyway. More importantly. happy Birthday GG!
