Hotspur Tower

This tower is also known as the Bondgate Tower which is an ancient gateway in the medieval town walls at Alnwick.
We managed to have a morning walk around the town in the sunshine. The rain came down in the afternoon whilst we were having a wander round Barter Books, a massive second hand bookshop in the old railway station.
