Average day in the home office. Managed a brief walk at lunchtime and again after work, so got my steps in.

Family zoom meeting with TGR in Canada, Strider in Canterbury, and The Dizzle here at home with us. TGR has a new job with a really good company and we’re all delighted for her. Brilliant news.

Strider has his first uni day in earnest and is very happy.
