By the Dene river

Today we went for our evening walk by the river Dene. We set off from the Wellesbourne end today by the church. We followed the winding path beyond the church but before crossing the white bridge. I really like this windy path although it is quite narrow. The dogs have to go in single file with me following on behind. Then we come to the river meadow where they can have a run around off their leads. Then we continued on until we found our favourite place in the river where the dogs like to play. We usually approach this from the Charlecote end but this makes a change and more interesting sniffs for the dogs.
