No Name

Another tiny colchicum, a different species to yesterday but the name is only a guess, it might be Colchicum corsicum, there's a clue to where where it's from in the name.   The label was lost so I planted the small bulbs into the sand bed where this little flower has appeared.   

A day of sunshine and some heavy showers.  We had hail and thunder too.  Indoor jobs mostly although I did spend the last sunny spell outside cleaning the - very mucky - glass in the cold frames.  Almost half way though and the difference is striking and pleasing :-)    

A few little morsels of positive news for Ruth following on from emails requesting information in advance of an online meeting next week.  There's a long way to go before we can celebrate but it does seem that some good will come after last week's crisis.   Hoping the promised changes are actually delivered and might open the door to more improvements.
