Locked out?

It's been a day of sunshine and showers so I had a walk on the Racecourse and just got back before the rain started again.  I spotted these keys hanging on a branch in the car park, I wonder if someone is locked out?  They were still there when we got back to the car so I hope that someone realises where they lost them.

It must be a day for losing things as I dropped my lens hood somewhere on the walk.  Hopefully I'll get back tomorrow and retrace my footsteps in case I can spot it.
