Traffic jam

I had an appointment in Heerenveen today.
On my way back I ended up in a traffic jam in Groningen. On a huge intersection (Julianaplein) the traffic lights were not functioning. Policemen were conducting the traffic by hand and that took a while.

I arrived just in time at my next appointment in Delfzijl. The waiting time gave me the chance to capture the Gasunie building in a special way.
