Tall Trees

I was up for the early start at Trentham Gardens this morning. The light was stunning and there was a slight mist haze over the lake. It's definitely Autumn as the light is much more subdued.

I'd hardly stepped over the bridge over the River Trent when this image just came into view.

The tree in the foreground is a Cedar, with Scots Pine and a Sequoia in the misty distance.
