Christin’s cake

Christin’s husband has ordered a cake for her birthday. I’ve been asked to keep it under wraps as it’s a surprise!

He asked for chocolate/raspberry which was a first for me. I really enjoyed making the ganache and raspberry filling. They said it was excellent and moist :). Yay!
